At the end of the workshop «Optimization of Banking Processes»

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the event - workshop "Optimization of Banking Processes", which took place on February 1, 2024.

Participants - representatives of leading banking institutions of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan - had a unique opportunity to exchange experience with the best experts of the industry and deep dive into the world of modern technologies of the banking sector, such as process mining and Lean Banking. The workshop participants highly appreciated the reports and presentations, with particular interest in the topics "Prospects of process mining implementation within the framework of process management in the bank" and "Experience of using Lean Banking technology to reduce TTY for small business lending process".
